Declaration of Compliance IEC62474

Custom Thermoelectric certifies that none of the products provided to Customer contain any of the materials on the IEC 62474 list of substances.

Custom Thermoelectric (CTE) has gathered the information and such information is true and correct to the best of its knowledge and belief, as of the date that CTE completes this form. CTE acknowledges that Customer will rely on this certification in determining the compliance of its products. Customer acknowledges that CTE may have relied on information provided by others in completing this form, and that CTE may not have independently verified such information. However, in situations where CTE has not independently verified information provided by others, CTE agrees that, at a minimum, its suppliers have provided certifications regarding their contributions to the part(s), and those certifications are at least as comprehensive as the certification in this paragraph. 

Specifically:
All thermoelectric devices and assemblies, all water blocks and assemblies, all heat sinks, all thermal interface materials, and all cold plates and extender blocks.

All information provided in this IEC 62474 Declaration of Compliance is true and accurate, to the best of our knowledge, as of the date this certification was issued.
