ThermoElectric Generator (TEG)
Also known as a peltier generator, Seebeck device, TE generator
Thermoelectric generators produce electrical power when given a temperature difference across the device. Simply put, one face of the TEG must be heated while the other face must be cooled. The greater the difference in temperature, the more power produced.
This TEG module has:
- 126 couples.
- Bismuth Telluride based thermoelectric material.
- Rated to a maximum of 320°C continuous.
- Small size for compact power generation where its needed.
- Both sides of this TEG have a graphite foil pre-applied as a thermal interface material (TIM). No need to add any additional thermal grease or compounds.
- Lapped ceramic (Al2O3) faces
