Cold plates with Mounting Holes are intended to be used with a specific water block. The cold plate is mounted with two machine screws to the water block and usually "sandwiches" a TEC or TEG in between. Specimens and other articles are placed on the top of the cold plate for cooling or heating. Accurate temperature sensing can be acquired by placing a thermistor or thermocouple in the provided hole.

• Ideal as a cold plate to be used with the following water blocks;
  • WBA-3.00-0.90-AL-2G
  • WBA-3.00-0.90-CU-2G
  • WBA-3.00-0.85-AL-R2
• Any TEC or TEG up to 65 x 65mm may be used with this cold plate and the above mentioned water block(s).
• Aluminum alloy 6061.
• Temperature sensor hole included.
• Smooth surface of 32 micro inches or better.
• Ready to drill, tap, cut, or modify as needed for your application.
