Liquid Cold Plate Water Block Assembly

- Same as standard WBA-4.0-0.92-AL-01 Except with thicker (0.39") cover with counter bored holes for screws. Provides a flat surface with no screw heads protruding.
- Overall body dimensions: 4.0 x 4.0 x 1.09" (L x W x H).
- Usable area of 90 x 90mm (3.54 x 3.54 inches).
- Weight without brass fittings: 562 grams (1.239 lb), Brass fittings weigh 24g (0.053 lb) each.
- 1/4" NPT threaded inlet and outlet.
- Option to add 2 pieces of brass barbed fittings for 1/2" ID Tube.
- CNC machined from solid Alloy 6061 aluminum billet. Anodized clear.
- O-ring watertight seal.
Liquid heat exchanger to rapidly remove heat from the hot side of TECs, TEGs, or just about any component. Most efficient method of removing heat from multiple TECs or TEGs.
- Same as standard WBA-4.0-0.92-AL-01 Except with thicker (0.37") cover with counter bored holes for screws. Provides a flat surface with no screw heads protruding.
- Very high surface area internal flow path for maximum heat transfer.
- Annodized clear for corrosion protection.
- Measures: 4.0 x 4.0 x 1.09 inches.
- Usable flat area of 3.54 x 3.54 inches (90 x 90 mm).
- Liquid volume (internal) is 73.2 ml (4.467 in^3).
- 10 mounting holes tapped for 6-32 screws.
- Inlet and Outlet on opposite sides.
- 3/8" NPT threaded inlet and outlet.
- Option to add 2 pieces of brass barbed fittings for 1/2" ID Tube.

CNC Machined from a solid billet of aluminum with an O-ring seal. Internal flow path is easily serviceable by removing screws and cover.
This water block has been tested with a heat load of up to 1200 watts. All indications showed that it could handle higher loads.
O-ring material is Buna-N which is capable of fluid temperatures from -29 to +120 C. Alternative o-ring materials are available as an option. Please contact us.
